When the spring flooding covered 40% of Offutt Air Force Base (AFB), cleanup and recovery efforts were issued under the Air Force Contract Augmentation Program (AFCAP) to quickly return the base to operational capability. As a subcontractor to DynCorp International (DI), AIM World Services was initially awarded procurement and minor construction of temporary facilities and offices, which was executed within 24 hours of a notice to proceed. Shortly thereafter, AIM was awarded fuel services, port-a-john services, and recovery work. Scope included daily refueling of generators, procurement and daily cleaning of the johns, and flood recovery clean-up.
