Born and raised in the London Michael is one of the original founders of the company. His duties include oversight of the company’s activities from a financial and operational prospective. Michael has extensive experience in business development and has spearheaded the company’s growth and activities outside of the US (OCONUS).
Areas of expertise include global key account management, contract negotiations & business development, talent acquisition, global mobility, international payroll, immigration compliance, risk mitigation and workforce solutions.
Darren Rowan
VP of Talent Acquisition
A dedicated and highly experienced global talent acquisition and recruitment solutions professional with over 20 years experience delivering strategic talent acquisition and workforce solutions across multiple business stream including Energy, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure and Defense.
Areas of expertise include global key account management, contract negotiations & business development, talent acquisition, global mobility, international payroll, immigration compliance, risk mitigation and workforce solutions.
Mark Hannak
Vice President & Operations Manager Middle East & Africa
As a former DynCorp Snr Operations Director, Mark has supported work in over 22 countries throughout the CENTCOM/AFRICOM AOR. He has executed and led construction projects for AIM’s U.S. Government agencies as well as other governments’ diplomatic missions.
Mark is an expert at identifying, negotiating, and securing resources in austere and remote environments. His experience includes sourcing, recruiting and engaging local workforces, vendors and subcontractors.
Bashar Al Nimer
Regional Manager - Middle East
Born and raised in Kuwait, Bashar is a highly experienced regional operations and delivery manager. Bashar’s responsibilities revolve around managing the company’s projects and accounts across the Middle East including Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Iraq and Oman.
Bashar has a wealth of knowledge in project management and human resources, which is integral to AIM’s success in the Middle East. Bashar’s expertise includes, Human resources management, project and operations planning development, risk assessments, contract negotiations and financial auditing.
Ali Issa
Country Manager - Iraq
Since 2003, Ali has been responsible for delivering AIM’s contingency operations and talent acquisition solutions in Iraq. As Country Manager, his scope of work includes Business Development, Client Management, Staffing Solutions, Workforce Mobilization & Deployment, Procurement & Logistics, Facilities O&M, Man Camp & Life Support Services.
Ali is fully familiar with Iraq’s regulations with regards to employment and tax requirements. His expertise includes business development, contract negotiations, establishing operation chain of support, project management and overhead and cost management.
